Easter

Easter was pretty fun this year. It's amazing how much more a 2 year old understands than a 1 year old. And thanks to the "Eggstravagansa" at church and two grandma's who insist on spoiling my kids rotten, Caleb made out like a bandit and I didn't buy a thing. :)

The "Eggstravagansa" was Saturday. It was fun, but a little but crazy. They were expecting something like 500 people and about 2000 showed up. When we were waiting for the Easter egg hunt to start I was towards the front of the pack with Caleb and I did have a moment of panic feeling like at any moment a stampede would begin. But it was fine and Caleb had a great time.

Easter Sunday we went to my parents for breakfast, then to church for a great service and then to dinner at Adam's parents house. It was a day spent with lots of family and celebrating the fact that Jesus is ALIVE and has blessed us with so much.
